Hermanoteu is a young shepherd boy who, enlightened by the "Divine Light", travels to the land of Godah to free the people from the oppressive hands of cruel tyrants. In a forgotten corner of the vast Brazilian bureaucracy, a psychotic boss uses a time machine to enslave his lazy employees and increase productivity.
